I invite you to join me for a 45 minute Trauma-Informed Yoga Class. In this flow, we are given the opportunity to find connection through breath and mindful movement. In this space, we are given permission to explore our yoga practice and look inward. Perhaps bring blankets, blocks and pillows as we slowly lift our heart rates and finish off with a longer savasana and meditation.
