I invite you to join me for a 45 minute Trauma-Informed Yoga (vinyasa inspired) Class. In this flow, we are given the opportunity to find connection through breath and mindful movement. In this space, maybe allow yourself permission to explore your yoga practice and look inward. You are welcome to bring blankets, blocks and pillows as we slowly lift our heart rates and finish off with a longer savasana and meditation. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
