This yoga Nidra workshop series is meant to be a space to collectively rest with your community members and to find a deeper understanding of yoga and life. In our yoga nidra practice - we are still, listening, resting, some of us even sleeping. There lies a deeper calling and meaning for us to cultivate gratitude, appreciation, and unconditional love for our life, body, and soul.
In this safe environment, students will learn more about the practice of yoga nidra and learn the benefits that this magical practice can bring to our everyday life. The goal of this workshop is to help individuals rethink their outlook on rest and to find a deeper connection and appreciation with their life, mind, body, and spirit.
